Suitability:
Vaccinations
It is a condition for entry to the programme that all dogs are fully vaccinated upon commencement of the programme.
Puppies may enter the programme after their first vaccination but must be carried to and from the venue without coming into contact with the ground outside.

Temperament
Aggressive or fearful dogs are not suitable for the general programme. Please contact us if you are unsure of the suitability of your dog. In some cases, we may undertake a behavioural assessment.
If you do not advise us of aggression or fearfulness and this is encountered during the general programme, we reserve the right to excuse the dog from the remainder of the programme with no refund due.
If we have agreed to your dog attending after behavioural assessment but the dog proves unsuited to the general programme, we will offer you alternative arrangements to the value of the remainder of the programme, such as entry to an alternative programme; or working with you on a one-to-one basis. The option(s) offered will be dependent on availability and our assessment of suitability.

If you unsure as to whether your dog is well enough to attend, please refer to your Vet. If your dog is unable to attend, you are encouraged to attend the class without your dog so you can maintain continuity of training.
